Second Saturday Success

March 10th marked the debut of our latest community engagement event series, Second Saturday. Adults and children of all ages enjoyed touring our gallery exhibit of youth art and creating clay sculptures and watercolor paintings in our classroom studio. Local artists Bianca Ramirez and Tyson Koehn served as on-hand experts, teaching visitors various techniques and leading them through the creation process. Second Saturday is open to the public and free. Each event features a different medium as part of our educational outreach to make art accessible to all Northeastern Nebraskans.
