Norfolk Youth Theatre (NYTjr) is a week long camp that offers kiddos age 6 – 9 an immersive introductory experience to the theatre. This camp is offered July 25 – 40 from 9:30 – 1 starting at the Norfolk Arts Center. The kiddos who attend camp receive a completely immersive theatre education experience at a developmentally appropriate level. The campers participate in acting workshops, technical workshops, and are cast in one of the three shows that are performed for the public at the conclusion of camp. The final performances are July 30 at 10:30 and 1.
