This joyful class is designed to bring out the personal power in anyone beginning their yoga journey or those with limited joint mobility. This class includes all of the principle yoga postures, adjustments and modifications for each pose, breathing and relaxation techniques that increase mental focus while improving memory. Modifying yoga postures mitigates stress on the back and joints, increases stability and balance and improves strength and flexibility in the legs, arms and back while improving circulation, respiration and digestion. This yoga experience is exciting because people feel better after the very first class. It is ideal for those suffering from arthritis, osteoporosis, chronic back or neck pain, sleep disorders, high blood pressure (treated by medication) or diabetes.
