Passport to Art

Calling all 5th Graders! You are invited to join a special program at the Norfolk Arts Center created specifically for you! The Passport to Art program gives you access to exclusive classes and events in art, music, and theatre through the Norfolk Arts Center. Best of all, it’s free!

How will Passport to Art work this year?

We’re so glad you asked! Passport to Art is a private art class exclusively for 5th grade students. The program is FREE, fun, and engaging. Typically Passport to Art meets at the Norfolk Arts Center once/month, however this year we’re switching it up!

  • September is Passport to Art registration month! If you have a 5th grade class at your school, REGISTER HERE!!
    • We will need each student’s name, address, and phone number
    • Registration flyers should be sent home for parents to fill out
  • Beginning in October, all registered Passport to Art students will receive a monthly mailing to their home. Students’ first mailing will include their Passport.
    • October, December, February, and April – Virtual, art-based activity + Passport sticker!
    • November, January, March, and May – Art supply box and class instructions + Passport sticker!
      • Each art supply box will include materials to complete the Passport to Art class at home. We will provide workspace coverings as well!
