Purpose
Norfolk Arts Center was founded in 1978 with the purpose of enriching the lives of the people of northeast Nebraska through visual arts. Over the years the mission has grown to include education, performing arts, and community activities. Norfolk Arts Center exists to serve the community by bringing people and the arts together.
